A restaurant in the art deco fashion style, where Josephine Baker or Sidney Bechet had the use to come when they were in Paris. The atmosphere was modernized with keeping its historical touch. In this cosy place, the Young japanese Chef, Motoda Isamu, succeeds to gather international guests, around a modern menu,  rassemble une clientèle internationale autour d’une carte moderne : ibaïona pork loin with caramalized pork sauce, shellfish risotto with safran spicy, prawns, squids & clams roasted, Back Forest Verrine with pistachio ice cream and kirsh sirup.
